- 1 : The tenant accepts the conditions mentioned hereafter and is aware of all the information concerning this rental proposal.
- 2 : A booking means that the rental conditions have been accepted.
- 3 : Given that the booking has been mode for a limited number of people, the tenant cannot bring supplementary people without the agreement of the owner.
- 4 : Dogs are not allowed (unless you acquire specific permission from the owner).
- 5 : Booking are guaranteed only after reception of the duly completed application form folloved by the statement " read and approved " do not forget to enclose a cheque / deposit worth 30 % of the total amount of your stay if yoo book more than two months before your expected date of arrival.
- 6 : The total amount of the stay has to be paid before arrival in case wherz thz booking was made less than two months before arrival .
- 7 : In case of cancellation the following refund scale will be applied:
-From 30 to 21 days before the departure: 80 % of the versed amounts will be restored,
- From 20 to 15 days before the departure: 60 % of the versed amounts will be restored,
- From 14 to 8 days before the departure: 40 % of the versed amounts will be restored,
- At 7 days of the departure : 20 % of the versed amounts will be restored.
- 8 : Tenants are responsible for any domage to furniture or stolen objects a general inventory will be done before and of ter your stay.
- 9 : No return will be given to any person / client whe has arrived after the due date or who has left before the expected date of departure.
- 10 : The guarantee accounts for 30 % of the amount of the hiring, that ci is versed at the time of your réglement.
- 11 : Acceptance of the aforementioned rental conditions and making a deposit means that the balance will be paid one month before the expected date of arrival.
- 12 : For any problem concerning your stay, you must notify my assistant who will then do his utmost to find a suitable solution .
- 13 : The general inventory and vérification of the state of the rooms will be done two hours before the deportuve of the tenant must notify my assistant and fix an appointment two days before the date of departure.
- 14 : Before depanture the tenants must put all the furniture + objets back to their initial place and ensure theyare leawing the rooms in a clean state failure to do so will result in a deduction from the rental deposit 5 euros / hr or a flat rate of 25 euros.
